Baking Bread the traditional way! Technology we can always use.

 Mixing the yeast/ sugar/ warm water concoction with the first lot of flour and salt and leaving to rise.

Lauren and Rose start to mix in the flour.

Another group's batch is ready to rise on top of the warm stove.

Erin and Franca have started the next bowl of yeast and sugar. Now Athena, Tiffany, Leena and Felicia are ready to mix flour into a bowl with salt.

 Golden, brown, hot bread rolls ready to eat!
